Classes

Yoga is one of the only approaches to health that assists in keeping your body healthy, strong, and flexible while simultaneously providing mental clarity and emotional well-being. Available to any level of experience, we combine ancient tradition with innovation. Meditation and deep breathing are a large component of our classes.  Yoga poses provide an opportunity to release and restore. Available Classes

Yoga is for everyone, all our welcome! Our classes are focused on self connection, inner peace and yoga philosophy.  Classes include meditation, chanting, breathing techniques, poses and deep relaxation.
